Robert began his career in fire and flood restoration and went on to build specialist expertise in every aspect of damp and mould.
Robert observed that, in many homes, mould, damp and condensation were frequently misdiagnosed, leading to expensive treatments that were ineffective or mis-sold. To address this, he founded Damp Detectives to provide truly independent surveys that identify the real cause of the problem through scientific analysis. Any recommended work is unbiased and only suggested when it will resolve the source of the issue.
