With a long-standing background in property restoration, Kevin has worked extensively in the insurance sector, managing the assessment, restoration and repair of buildings affected by moisture damage and structural issues. Kevin is also accredited with the Level 3 DMCB Award issued by the environmental study centre.
His previous role required a deep understanding of building pathology and water ingress, along with the practical know-how to manage repair works from diagnosis all the way through to completion. This solid foundation has shaped Kevin into a skilled damp surveyor across residential and commercial properties.
